Project overview
LeakLens Web is the internal staff dashboard for Gravity Concepts's website audit and conversion-diagnostics tool. Staff log in, submit a URL, watch the audit run in real time, and review a full report featuring an overall Website Health Score, prioritized findings, and a downloadable PDF. The dashboard also includes a lightweight CRM for tracking leads and managing recurring automated re-audits.
Challenge
Building a dense, data-heavy internal tool that displays complex audit results and CRM data clearly, while maintaining a fast, responsive experience with real-time job polling and strict access control.
Solution
Implemented a dark-mode-first design system with clear typography and distinct severity colors. Used live polling for real-time audit updates and built a lightweight client-side CRM. JWT auth with automatic refresh ensures a smooth, uninterrupted user session.
Outcome
A production-ready internal dashboard that streamlines the website audit process, from submission to client-ready PDF reports, and centralizes lead management for the agency.
