These Terms govern your use of the Gravity Concepts website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1) Services
Gravity Concepts provides creative and technical services, including (but not limited to) graphic design, print production, web design/development, and hosting/maintenance. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed per project.
Design
Logos, brand identity, flyers, posters, social media assets, and more.
Business cards, banners, stickers, brochures, and other print needs.
Web
Modern websites and web apps built for performance and conversion.
2) Payments & billing
Project fees, deposits, milestones, or recurring maintenance charges (where applicable) will be specified in your quote or invoice.
- Work may begin after a deposit or first milestone payment, as agreed.
- Late payments may affect timelines, access to deliverables, or ongoing maintenance.
- Third-party costs (domains, hosting, paid plugins, print production) may be billed separately unless included in your package.
3) Revisions & approvals
Revision rounds and approval checkpoints depend on your package/quote. You are responsible for reviewing deliverables and confirming approvals within a reasonable timeframe to keep the project on schedule.
- Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
- Delayed feedback can shift timelines and delivery dates.
4) Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final deliverables become yours upon full payment. We may retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request confidentiality.
You confirm you have rights to any materials you provide (logos, images, copy, brand assets). You are responsible for ensuring such materials do not violate third-party rights.
5) Website use & acceptable behavior
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt services, or use our content in ways that violate applicable laws.
We may restrict access or respond to misuse to protect our systems, users, and brand.
6) Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Services are provided on an “as-is” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do our best to deliver high quality, but we cannot guarantee outcomes that depend on third parties (e.g., platform policy changes, vendor delays, or external service outages).
To the extent permitted by law, Gravity Concepts is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website.
7) Termination
Either party may terminate a project engagement subject to any agreed written terms. Completed work and incurred costs up to termination may be billable.
8) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. The “Last updated” date will reflect the most recent changes.
